Elias,?Proudfoot?and?Wakefield?conjectured?that?the?Kazhdan-Lusztig?polynomial?of?every?matriod?is?log-concave.?This?interesting?conjecture?remains?widely?open.?We prove the induced log-concavity of the equivariant Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials of q-niform matroids equipped with the action of a finite general linear group, as well as that of the equivariant Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials of uniform matroids equipped with the action of a symmetric group. In?this?talk?I?will?show?how?to?prove?these results by using the theory of symmetric functions.?This?is?based?on?my?joint?works?with?Alice?Gao,?Ethan?Li,?Matthew?Xie,?Philip?Zhang,?and?Zhong-Xue?Zhang.
主講人介紹：
楊立波，南開大學教授，博士生導師，國家級高層次人才。1999年獲鄭州大學學士學位，2004年獲南開大學博士學位。主要從事計數組合學和代數組合學方面的研究，特別是在對稱函數理論、單峰型理論、擬陣Kazhdan-Lusztig多項式方面取得多項重要成果，解決了包括美國科學院院士Richard Stanley提出的zrank猜想在內的多個重要公開問題，發表在《Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.》、《Adv. Appl. Math.》、《SIAM J. Discrete Math.》、《J. Combinatorial Theory Series, A》等數學期刊。已主持和完成多項國家自然科學基金項目，并參與和完成973項目子課題和國家自然科學基金重點項目。
